HOW IT WORKS
1. We accept orders from across the globe and offer a 10% discount on mailed in orders. To place an online order, click here.
2. We also find that many local clients prefer the idea of knowing exactly where their precious media is being carefully handled. We will pick up your ‘stuff’ for an additional $25 from anywhere within 50 miles of Pittsburgh. Or, you can drop it off at our retail location in Cranberry Township. I’ll give you a tour of our facility. No money is exchanged until your order is completed to your satisfaction.
3. We offer three types of finished media.
• DVD that plays in your DVD player or PC.
• DVD that plays in your DVD player or PC and also has editable files for importing into your machine.
• Downloadable file that includes either a Hollywood style media file that plays on any device or file that can be edited.
4. We ship, deliver or notify when it’s available for pick-up and keep you posted during the process with updates. You will receive your original media back and the labeled discs and/or a downloadable link for saving to your machine or in the cloud.
5. Payment is made when your project is completed.
